Our Process

Consultation

Your project begins with an initial inquiry followed by a thorough video consultation via Zoom or FaceTime. During this session, the five pillars of your piece are defined: Concept, Capacity, Colour, Contour, and Composition. Once these are finalized and the deposit is paid, your order is officially added to the workshop queue.

Design

A lifelike mockup is drafted to visualize the interaction between the materials, your chosen Colour, and the placement of any custom features. A second consultation is held to review this digital rendering, ensuring the Contour and overall Composition of the piece meet your approval before the creation begins.

Delivery

Your piece is then handcrafted by our artisans according to your specifications. Upon receipt of the final payment, your order is shipped with full tracking and insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your vessel. For those located within the South Puget Sound area, personal delivery or local pickup can be arranged.
